Verified Highly dissapointed. Booked a couples massage to end our stay. The start of the massage was the therapist pressure sensing with her hands areas of tension. Thinking she would work those areas I waited as she rubbed oil over the muscles but with no pressure. I siad it would be fine if she could go harder as it would not hurt me to which I was told "This is a medium pressure massage" ? Ok... but I was getting a no pressure massage and their site clearly says "every visit being personalised specifically for you". I came in tense and left tense covered in oil. I could not have been more disappointed. I don't write a lot of bad reviews and the reviews from others have been positive so maybe this was just a one off. The lady was very kind, calm and put me at ease. I felt very pampered and relaxed.. a beautiful treatment room. The pool was lovely as we were the only ones using it as you had to book and we chose the quietest time to use it. The sauna and steam room were located through a gym. I found this uncomfortable walking through the gym when people were trying to work out wrapped in a towel. The steam room was small and adequate clean and the seats were all.maintained well. What a lovely girl she is and her treatments were exceptional. My Daughter had the mini microdermabrasion and her skin felt amazing afterwards and since. Eloise also went to the trouble of advising her on a daily regime - that’s going above and beyond. I had a facial combined with neck and arms/hands massage - it was the best experience ever. I felt energised and relaxed all at the same time! We’d both go back to do it all over again! Special thanks to Eloise for making our Mum & Daughter time extra special.
